Changemakers is an annual online hackathon with the mission to address technical and operational challenges among nonprofits. For 1 week each year, we bring together makers from our community to help nonprofits solve their operational problems, freeing them up to focus on the work that matters.

Opening Ceremony
Join Tonkean, nonprofits, and makers as we gather to celebrate the first day of Changemakers 2022! Receive a rundown of what to expect during the week, who is involved, and meet fellow makers and nonprofits in the process.

Meet Your Team
After the opening ceremony, each team of makers will meet with their assigned nonprofit. The goals of this meeting are:
- Set an agenda for the week that works with everyone's schedules. When you will meet, how you will communicate, etc.
- Go deep on the use case with the nonprofit to get an understanding of the types of tools and permissions you will need.
- Give permissions to the makers. The nonprofit can use this time to collect a list of all the materials and permissions the makers will need to solve their use case.
